# Terms of Service – ClipSnippet

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ClipSnippet. By creating an account or using ClipSnippet, you agree to these Terms.

## 1. About ClipSnippet
ClipSnippet provides software tools for creating, editing, generating, transforming, managing, and publishing digital video content, including AI Video Clipping, AI UGC Studio, AI Video Clone, AI Product Ad Generation, and Social Publishing.

## 2. Eligibility & Account
You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement. You are responsible for maintaining account and credential security.

## 3. User Content & Ownership
You retain ownership of videos, images, product photographs, scripts, and content you upload. You grant ClipSnippet a license solely to store, process, and transmit content to deliver requested outputs and publishing actions.

## 4. Content Responsibilities & AI Disclaimers
You must possess all necessary rights for uploaded content. AI outputs may vary; you are responsible for reviewing generated video, script, and caption assets prior to commercial distribution.

## 5. Social Publishing
Connecting social accounts authorizes ClipSnippet to execute post actions on your behalf. You remain responsible for compliance with platform guidelines and advertising disclosures.

## 6. Credits & Subscriptions
ClipSnippet operates on a credit-based usage model. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled. Payments, invoices, and subscription lifecycle events are processed through Dodo Payments.

## 7. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel subscriptions anytime via billing settings. Refunds are governed by the ClipSnippet Refund Policy.

## 8. Prohibited Activities & IP
Reverse engineering, circumventing credit controls, uploading malware, or using the service for unlawful harassment is prohibited. All software, branding, and platform IP belong to ClipSnippet.
